General cancellation conditions:
up to 1 month prior arrival free
up to 2 weeks prior arrival 50 % cancellation fee
up to 1 week prior arrival 70 % cancellation fee
7 to 1 days prior arrival 90 %
no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 %
General booking information:
Your reservation is guaranteed after we received the advance payment of 30 % of total amount within 10 days after your booking. We kindly ask you to transfer the advance payment free of costs to our bank account. The rest can be paid only in cash.
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.
Check-in: from 02.00 p.m. (on request also earlier possible)
Check-out: until 10.00 a.m.
Please notice, that from 1st of November until 15th of April winter tyres are required. If the roads are snow-covered, snow chains are required.
